Why Should I Eat Raw Food?
I am not going to sit here and claim that I eat a ton of raw food. That would be a lie... What I am going to do is sit here and tell you that I make a conscience effort daily to do better in the choices of food I eat than I did the day before.
Why? Because consuming food in its closest to picked state is typically the best way our body benefits from all of the nutrients and vitamins it contains. Eating raw food also helps people have more energy, require less sleep, lose weight, have better skin, and be healthier than when eating a lot of processed and cooked food.
I don't know about you but I like the way I feel when I eat food that is good for my body. I will happily take a plate of avocado slices, mushrooms, and cauliflower all seasoned with a little garlic salt over a cheeseburger and fries from the nearest fast food restaurant every time! And, to be honest, I can't even stomach the thought of having to eat a fast food cheeseburger and fries any more...
